Agreement to Terms
By installing and using Smart Fashion Visualizer ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
Service Description
Smart Fashion Visualizer is a Shopify application that provides:
- Virtual Try-On: AI-powered generation of model photos with your products
- Video Generation: AI-powered creation of 360° product rotation videos
- Media Management: Automatic upload of generated media to your Shopify product library
Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
- Have an active Shopify store
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the authority to bind your business to these Terms
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Billing & Subscription
Subscription Plans
- Starter Plan: $19/month - 100 credits
- Professional Plan: $49/month - 300 credits
- Business Plan: $99/month - 700 credits
Credit System
- Virtual Try-On Images: 7 credits each
- 360° Product Videos (5s): 33 credits each
- Mix and match credits as needed
Overage Protection
- Overage charges capped at 2x base plan price
- Example: Starter plan capped at $39.98/month total
Payment Terms
- Monthly subscription billing via Shopify
- All charges processed through Shopify Billing API
- No refunds for partial months or unused credits
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime via Shopify billing settings
- Service continues until end of current billing period
- Uninstalling the app cancels your subscription
Acceptable Use
Permitted Uses
✅ You may:
- Generate product photos for your own Shopify store
- Create marketing materials using generated media
- Use generated media on social media, ads, emails
- Mix credits between images and videos as needed
Prohibited Uses
❌ You may NOT:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate intellectual property rights (use only images you own/license)
- Impersonate people without consent
- Create misleading or deceptive product representations
- Resell or redistribute generated media as a service
- Use for adult content, violence, or hate speech
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the service
Important: Violation of acceptable use policy may result in immediate termination without refund.
Intellectual Property
Your Content
- You Own Your Data: You retain all rights to your product images
- Generated Media: You own all AI-generated images and videos
- License to Us: You grant us temporary license to process your images (only for AI generation)
Our Content
- The App, its code, design, and AI models are our intellectual property
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
AI Generation Quality
No Guarantees
- AI generation quality varies and is not guaranteed
- Results depend on input image quality
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes
Processing Times
- Typical: 30-60 seconds per task
- May Vary: Based on server load and complexity
- No SLA or guaranteed processing time
Data & Privacy
- We collect only data necessary to provide the service

- Task metadata stored for 30 days, then auto-deleted
- Uploaded images deleted within 24 hours
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages
Termination
By You
- Cancel subscription anytime via Shopify billing
- Uninstall the App to terminate service
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Engage in abusive or illegal behavior
- Generate prohibited content
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
